The Centre at Raritan is a professional office condominium complex conveniently located on US Highway 202 South in Raritan, NJ. Our prime location offers easy access to Routes 22, 78, and 287, as well as the Raritan and Somerville train stations.
Built in 1986, the complex features two, two-story buildings with eight individually owned units in each, ranging from 896 to 1,153 square feet. Each unit owner is responsible for their own utilities and real estate taxes.
A monthly maintenance fee covers shared operating expenses—such as repairs, insurance, garbage and recycling services, lawn care, snow removal, hallway cleaning, and parking lot lighting—as well as contributions to a capital reserve fund. This reserve supports long-term improvements, including roof replacement (2008), siding (2010), parking lot repaving (2015), signage (2012), landscaping (2014), and painting (2010).
